SkyLaunch Innovation Society is excited to announce the addition of a full-time Youth Care Worker to its Vancouver team. This strategic move reflects the organization's commitment to supporting the well-being and development of youth in the community.Role and Responsibilities
The Youth Care Worker will play a vital role in providing care and support to youth, including: *Creating a safe and supportive environment
*Developing and implementing individualized care plans
*Providing counseling and guidance
*Facilitating group activities and workshops
*Collaborating with other professionals and community organizations
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified candidates will possess the following: *Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
*2 years of experience as a support worker, education assistant, school support worker, youth care worker, or similar role
*Strong understanding of youth development principles
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
